The Full Time Recruiter will manage recruiting activities, initiatives and strategies for a full range of positions across the organization; including executive level searches. In consultation with Full Time management, the Full Time Recruiter develops recruiting strategies to perform searches to fill immediate requirements and create perpetual candidate pipelines to meet longer term needs. The Full Time Recruiter will build their presence and employer brand through alliances and social networking activities.


  • Work with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions, including relevant compensation levels
  • Source leads using social networking, industry contacts, ads, and outside recruiters as necessary
  • Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate follow on interviews, negotiate compensation, and present offers
  • Create long term staffing strategy through creation of perpetual candidate pipelines based on industry contacts, social networking and face to face events
  • Provide market intelligence regarding industry employment trends and best practices
  • Provide insight into compensation and benefit levels and trends
  • Work with IT to evaluate leading edge applicant tracking and social media recruiting tools


  • Metrics driven self-starter who can perform the full lifecycle of the recruiting process
  • College degree
  • Minimum 3 years as a full time recruiter including sales and management positions
  • Social networking presence and working knowledge of a full range of social networking tools
  • Results oriented with strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Outgoing personality that enjoys face to face networking opportunities
  • Experience recruiting for language services or marketing industry a plus
