General Description

  • Establish and cultivate senior-level prospective client and partner relationships with an eye toward developing new business opportunities

  • Familiarity with targeted industries (healthcare and wellness [personal care] ) and associated trends

  • Strong communication (in-person, phone and email), presentation and sales skills, with a predisposition for consultative selling
  • Position reports into EB/RB, while working on daily basis with EB


  • Develop a six-month goals-led sales plan that supports the strategic and financial goals of the agency – using a combination of email, written correspondence, networking, warm calling, social media channels and other intelligent marketing tools
  • Research, identify and pursue business opportunities with new prospective companies (clients and partners) that leverage vertical experience, success stories and capabilities
  • Engage senior level decision makers and influencers through a frequent rhythm of introductory and qualified prospect outreach and meetings
  • Use client contact software (e.g. Sales Force) to maintain and augment files documenting all contact with prospects including: mailing, calls, appointments and correspondence, a record of all research, reports, sales information and other materials used or created to sell to a prospect
  • Assist with responding to RFI’s and RFP’s, writing proposals, and creating and delivering presentations demonstrating the Agency’s value and capabilities
  • As required and as opportunistically identified, work alongside internal resources to create new prospect- engaging support materials
  • Represent at chosen industry events (as identified by you and EB/RB)
  • Regularly report progress to Agency team, keeping them informed of opportunities gained from new business efforts.
