The Facilities Management team delivers exceptional client service to our client’s internal and external clients by managing our local and regional client relationships and by effectively and efficiently managing their workspace. Reception services are critical to ensuring a positive client experience.
- Professional corporate reception experience required.
- Excellent phone skills meet & greet guest/ vendors.
- Customer service background, organized, have a professional demeanor & multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Background in scheduling or working with reservation systems would be beneficial
- Must be flexible to work hours of shift requirements.
- Basic MS Office skills Outlook Excel and Word.
