Duties

  • Provide day to day operational support to the Talent Development Team across a broad range of talent areas, including arranging course/program logistics, sending meeting invites, booking conference rooms, preparing participant materials (and ordering/shipping to other locations when needed), arranging catering, and working with AV/Facilities teams on room configuration and technical set up and room clean up
  • Manage, track and record professional, and leadership and management programs on the learning management system (including meeting invites, pre-work, participant lists and running reports on training activity)
  • Administer surveys after the programs to evaluate their effectiveness
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries on program availability, schedules, etc.
  • Add courses and offerings, provide deep links, collect and enter attendance and upload online content in the Learning Management System  
  • Upload e-learning modules or other learning activities as needed on the Learning Management System (LMS) 

 

Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in owning the details and driving execution against a set plan in an accurate, efficient and timely manner, raising issues, questions and status across stakeholders proactively
  • Acumen in accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adaptable, logical, and capable of flexing solutions to changing demands: anticipating the local, regional, global impact
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency an accuracy, minimizing risk
  • Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build and sustain high performing partnerships, both locally and globally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively reach out to and communicate with stakeholder and program participants via phone and e-mail.
  • Ability to build effective and trusted relationships across the HR function

Knowledge of learning management applications (e.g. Success Factors) preferred
